Decent base stats mean nothing if her skill and tiles can’t effectively contribute to any team or fight. Overall, UMP40 is a sad sack of failed experimentation. This is attributed to two unique qualities - first, her skill, and second, her buff tiles. UMP45 for those not familiar with GFL, is what they call a T-Doll, or Tactical Doll.
